We had an amazing experience at a hotel in Ha Giang. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in late, even arranging for a pick-up from the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable, with both hard and soft bed options available. The hotel even went above and beyond, providing us with a delicious homemade Vietnamese breakfast and offering a shower and medical aid when one of our group had a small accident. The level of care and hospitality was truly exceptional.

I recently stayed at Royal Hotel for my trip during Tet. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the hotel staff promptly picked us up from the bus station when there were no taxis available. They even provided a choice of hard or soft beds, based on our preference. The service was impeccable; they only charged us for one night when we arrived late and cooked us a delicious Vietnamese breakfast. They also went above and beyond by offering us a shower, providing medicine for an accident, and even bringing us food and refreshments while we waited for our bus. a truly memorable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is awesome! the staff was amazing, always helpful and willing to provide us with information about the surrounding area. the rooms were very spacious and clean, offering a private bathroom, and a beautiful balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains. They offer a great service with motorbike rentals, permit arrangements, and luggage storage. We also enjoyed the fact that they provided essential amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo, saving us the trouble of packing more.

The laundry service was quite expensive, and we felt it was not worth the cost. there were few activities available nearby, which could be a drawback for those who wanted a more vibrant location with more entertainment options.

The hotel boasts of its immaculately clean and shining appearance with well-appointed rooms. The beds were super comfortable for a sound night's sleep. The staff were friendly and amiable, extending prompt assistance and pick-up service. The rates were affordable, and a delicious breakfast was available at an extra cost. The central location was ideal for city tours, and the elevator added to the convenience.

The shower area needs an enclosure as the water spills all over the place, making the floor slippery. However, we noticed that this was a typical problem in most hotels in the area.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with private bathrooms and balconies. Essential toiletries are provided. the staff is fluent in English and offers helpful tips for exploring the Ha Giang Loop. They also assist with renting motorbikes and obtaining permits. Great for families with kids!

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect and easily accessible to various restaurants and transportation options. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was made for me every morning by the kitchen staff. The level of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional.
